Walkerswood Mild Jerk Seasoning is an authentic Jamaican jerk paste made with Scotch bonnet peppers, scallion, thyme, pimento (allspice), garlic, and traditional spices, but formulated with reduced chilli heat compared to the hot & spicy version. It delivers classic jerk flavour with a more controlled spice level.
Walkerswood’s mild variant keeps the core Jamaican flavour base intact—herbal, aromatic, slightly smoky, and savoury—while toning down the intensity of Scotch bonnet peppers. The result is a balanced paste that still carries authentic jerk character but is more accessible for everyday cooking and wider spice tolerance levels.
