How can I report a missing or incorrect item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we regularly restock products based on availability from our suppliers. If an item is out of stock, please check back later or contact us for an estimated restock time.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to selected areas within the United Kingdom. Available delivery locations and charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Can I return or get a refund for fresh produce?

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, fresh produce such as fruits and vegetables is non-refundable. For packaged or non-perishable items, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for eligibility.
