Perishable & Food Items

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons:

  • Fresh produce (including fruits and vegetables) is non-refundable

  • Perishable food items cannot be returned once delivered

However, a refund or replacement may be considered if:

  • You receive the wrong item

  • An item arrives damaged, spoiled, or unfit for consumption

  • An item is missing from your order

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with relevant order details and, where applicable, photos.

Non-Perishable Items

For eligible non-perishable products:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If your order is incomplete, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Photos may be requested to assist with verification

Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests may be accepted before an order has been processed or prepared for dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
